Couple Therapy

As a therapist working with Korean and international couples, I address communication barriers and intercultural challenges using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My approach transforms conflicts into growth, emphasizing teamwork in problem-solving and enhancing connections. Through promoting vulnerability and constructive conflict resolution, I guide couples towards mutual understanding and deeper emotional bonds.

Group Therapy

In my practice, I offer group therapy sessions focused on anxiety-related procrastination, social skill building, adjusting to life in Korea, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Each session is designed to create a safe, inclusive space with established norms to ensure every participant feels heard and respected. From introductions to skill-focused activities, I encourage active engagement and peer learning.
